Welcome to Jobe Performance aluminum air intake systems and truck accessories web site. Home of the HI- FLOW crankcase ventilator, fat shaft turbo and the shaker intercooler. We strive to provide the highest quality products and customer service. We are an in house fabrication shop that ranges from fabricating custom racing intake systems, ceramic coating, to producing the best performing 7.3L and 6.0L Ford turbo diesel air intake systems on the market. We are the first company offering completely aluminum air intake systems, not cheap plastic and steel like the competition will sell you. We use 6061 T6 aerospace quality aluminum on all of our applications. Along with the fully polished aluminum diamond plate, our systems truly out "shine" the competition. Aluminum will lower intake air and under hood air temperatures, resulting in remarkable performance gains and will never rust , melt, or deform from heat !

I know what you are saying. 14.88 is not that fast, but for a stock two wheel drive Excursion with a stock unmodified turbo,stock intercooler, stock block, just simple bolt ons with 10 ply Michillen street tires is good. In this state of tune the truck is still able to get 25 mpg Hwy

Our 7.3L Excursion in the video above has had the following modifications:

-Magna Flow 3.5 inch downpipe,4 inch out with 5 inch tip T-304 Stainless Steel.
-Hellwig forged chromoly anti-sway bars
-Rancho air adjustable shocks
-Edge Evolution with BD calibrations
-Banks Six Gun
-Full set auto meter gauges
-BD transmission, torque converter,and tranny filter kit
-2 on board diagnostic accelerometers. One 3 axis, one 2 axis.
Its been three years since this video and ET were posted. Recent upgrades include the Jobe shaker intercooler/Coolant expansion tank combo, water injection, water methenol injection, Bully dog Propane injection, 200 hp Dual Bottle big shot Nitrous, Power cross downpipe insert, Powercross muffler, Jobe warmup valve delete. USA label Fat shaft turbo with 1.0 A/R compressor housing, 4in. hose inlet , 91 mm Compressor wheel, and 1.01 turbine housing, larger Inconel steel turbine wheel, new MAP valve, Air dog 100, Stage 1 fuel system that maintains 82 psi. even under load, Dual HPOP, NEW CUSTOM TUNED EVOLUTION! Glad to say suprisingly the BD Tranny and Converter still work as good as it did new . I am not kind to trannys. Two differentials later we are now modifying the axle to a lighter and stronger custom setup.
ECONOMY is well above 25mpg. Yes you read that right. Economy is above 25 mpg. Stay tuned for new ET.
