     This product allows you to set warnings and set defueling temps.  It also acts as a full set of guages allowing you to monitor boost, trans temp, oil temp, EGT's, and it digitally shows you your fuel delivery rate in real time. Above a boost tube in a bag. The purpose of this device is to delay the opening of the waste gate . This boost tube comes with the Evolution programmer.

     B D found the 7.3 to be oxygen deprived and increased the boost level to 27 psi. This will get better gas mileage than the Six Gun alone. Our test vehicle is getting 3-7 more miles per gallon than on the Six Gun alone. Both tests held with no waste gate on at all.

     We, like BD, find that if you block the signal to the waste gate, you will make more power and get better fuel economy. We have to admit this is actually the best bang for your buck programmer on the market.

We could not better any economy by stacking the six gun, but in the quarter mile the truck was faster on level 1-3 only. Any higher than that  and the truck actually lost 2 mph and up to half a second in the quarter mile, yet not sooty every run. Only at launch the BD calibrations seem to dump a lot of fuel really quick to get the truck up to speed, then the smoke stops. We like it a lot. New ET. for our 2wd Excursion is 14.88 @ 94.7  with stock turbo,injectors,fuel pump..you get the point. It's basically a test truck with our intercooler. New lower ET soon.--- highest boost recorded 40 psi manifold from a stock non waste gated unmodified turbo.
